Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Recently he retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons where he worked as a teacher for 22 ½ years at FCC Pollock and FCC Oakdale. Before going to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, he taught in Allen Parish for 5 ½ years at Oberlin Elementary and Elizabeth High School. He has been married to Stacy Earl Weldon for over 31 years, and they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren with a third arriving in January of next year. A graduate of Fairview High School and Northeast Louisiana University, a member of Christ Church of Oakdale.
